1. Agreement to Terms
By making a reservation or using the services of JebiDaek ("JebiDaek"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Reservations & Payment
- Reservations are made through Naver Booking or other channels designated by JebiDaek.
- A reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment.
- Check-in: 16:00 ~ 23:00 / Check-out: by 11:00
- Quiet hours begin at 24:00 (common areas close).
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies follow those of the booking channel through which your reservation was made.
- Cancellations due to our error will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations due to force majeure will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Guest Rules
- Please respect the rest of other guests at all times.
- Keep noise to a minimum in common areas after quiet hours.
- Intentional damage to facilities will result in compensation charges.
- Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property.
- Pets are not allowed.
5. Limitation of Liability
JebiDaek is not liable for damages resulting from guest negligence, force majeure events, or disputes between guests.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at our place of business.
