About

Not a hotel. An experience.

An architect-designed 300㎡ mansion — a premium guesthouse where everything beyond your private bed is shared.

Our Story

An architect-designed 300㎡ mansion in the heart of Seoul. We wanted a place where people from all walks of life could gather, rest, and share quiet conversation. From the B1 community & cinema room to the 1F living room, the 2F private study & terrace, and a 100㎡ courtyard — the entire space belongs to our guests.

The name JebiDaek means 'a home for the swallow' — like a swallow making its nest, we wanted this space to become someone's little hideaway. Sitting by the window reading, talking with a stranger in the common room, walking into the everyday life of Seoul.

That is the kind of travel JebiDaek wants to create.
